The dynamic right-handed batter Pyla Avinash hails from Visakhapatnam. He made his first-class debut for Andhra Pradesh in the 2024-25 Ranji Trophy, followed by a T20 debut in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) in November 2024, where he smashed a brisk 53 off 32 balls against Mumbai on debut. His aggressive batting style and consistency caught the eye of PBKS scouts, marking his entry into the IPL as one of five Andhra players picked in the 2025 auction. The franchise acquired his services for INR 30 Lakhs as he adds depth to their batting lineup, with the franchise banking on his power-hitting and fearless approach.
